experienced real estate investors and builders very familiar with markets in which we do business. We work with borrowers, reviewing budgets for accuracy and offering sound

building advice that many banks cannot. This approach naturally builds long term customer relationships with a focus on honest advice that protects both our customers and

investors.

This is a private real estate debt fund with all loans being secured by first-lien mortgages. All loans are business purpose loans made to entities and backed by full recourse personal guarantees. The fund is open-ended (evergreen) and we are currently taking on new LP investors.
