Arrowpoint Properties is a real estate investment and management company currently focusing on the acquisition of value-add apartment communities throughout New England. Arrowpoint has historically acquired class B and C multifamily assets and implemented renovation programs which have contributed to the growth and increased value of those assets. Arrowpoint Properties currently owns and operates over 350 apartment homes with an aggregate market value of $83 million and since 2016 has divested of an additional 313 units valued at $41 million. Arrowpoint has successfully syndicated several deals generating above market returns and appreciation to their investors over the last several years.
